Screen2ipcam is a software-only Windows tool that publishes a PC screen as a standard IP camera. Instead of pointing a physical camera at a monitor or buying an HDMI capture card and hardware encoder, you install Screen2ipcam and the machine appears on your network as an ONVIF Profile S camera with an H.264 RTSP stream - so any NVR, DVR or VMS can auto-discover it and record it exactly like a real camera.

Key features:
- ONVIF Profile S: auto-discovery over WS-Discovery, or add by IP. Standard, not proprietary.
- RTSP H.264 streaming with a main stream and a sub stream (for NVR grid views), plus a JPEG snapshot (GetSnapshotUri) for full NVR compatibility.
- Very light: about 0% CPU at idle, about 2% while streaming, roughly 70 MB RAM. Native C++ with a static runtime.
- Runs on Windows 7 SP1 through Windows 11, 32-bit and 64-bit, including Windows IoT / Embedded / POSReady. No .NET and no extra libraries.
- Install as an always-on Windows service (starts before sign-in) or as a simple tray app.
- Configure from a native desktop panel, a browser-based web panel, or a config file. The interface is fully bilingual (English / Arabic).

Typical uses: recording point-of-sale and cashier screens next to the camera feed, monitoring lab/classroom/exam workstations, keeping SCADA/HMI and production-line screens on the recorder, logging WMS/dispatch screens, and control-room dashboards.
